Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager in Houston to lead store associates, uphold brand standards, and drive customer experience. This role partners with the Store Manager and supports planning, training, and daily operations to meet KPIs and financial targets.

Responsibilities include supervising brand execution, developing team performance, and ensuring omni-channel fulfillment while maintaining inventory integrity and safe, compliant store conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsabilités

• 30% Brand: supervise and plans to deliver exceptional client experience and maximize sales/KPIs.
• 30% People: recruit, train and develop teams and coach associates.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of processes including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store operations: manage inventory, payroll hours, opening/closing procedures and align with directives.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets; follow policies; ensure safety and compliance.
