The role supports the Store Manager in all areas when the manager is absent, focusing on brand standards, operations, and people management to drive KPIs and financial targets.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, 18+, 3+ years retail or customer service experience, and 1+ year of management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise associates to deliver exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach and counsel, maintain positive relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of processes, support digital strategies and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store managers: manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safe environment, protect assets, follow inventory and cash controls.
