Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives
• Strong communication and scheduling flexibility
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

• Brand leadership to maximize sales and customer loyalty in stores.
• Recruit and develop a strong team; maintain store standards and training.
• Execute store operations including Omni-channel processes.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention, asset protection and reporting.
