Job summary

The Sally Beauty in San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach associates and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, training and development while driving sales KPIs and brand standards.

You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate omni-channel fulfillment, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold loss prevention and safety protocols to protect assets and serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lead a team and meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with store management and staff.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and implement brand standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Support Store Manager in hiring, training and development of the team.
• Oversee store operations and achieve KPIs through analysis and planning.
