Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred (3+ years).
• Prior management experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit and address performance with coaching.
• Operations: ensure processes, omni-channel fulfillment, inventory and scheduling.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: protect assets and ensure store safety and compliance.
