Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: provide supervision and supports the direction and planning of associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit, coach, and address performance; maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes, digital strategies, Omni-channel fulfillment, inventory management, payroll hours, and store procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: ensure safe store environment, asset protection, and adherence to policies and training.
