Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our Texas location. You will hire, develop and coach associates while maintaining brand standards and managing daily operations across brand, people, and processes.

The role emphasizes omni-channel execution, inventory control, scheduling and safety. Prior supervisory experience and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and direct daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales and KPIs.
• 30% People: recruits, trains and develops teams; coach and counsel; maintain positive associate relations.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes; support digital strategies including Omni-channel.
• Store-level tasks: manage inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe environment and protect company assets; monitor shrink and security.
