Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Kingstree, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers’ financial needs while gaining hands‑on store leadership experience. You’ll drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a fast‑paced, goals‑driven environment.

As an ASM you’ll supervise daily operations, coach team members, maintain store appearance and safety, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Supervise daily operations, coach team members, and ensure cash handling accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Conduct opening/closing procedures and manage vault/cash drawer.
• Engage in on-site marketing, local events, and community outreach.
• Provide support to Customer Service Representatives to uphold quality standards.
