TitleMax in Walterboro, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial services, and support customer success. The ASM will develop leadership skills through hands-on store management, mentorship, and cross-brand opportunities.

You will manage risk, lead team coaching, and ensure accurate POS transactions while driving community engagement and compliance. This role offers growth within a multi-brand family.

Formación

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use.
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Must meet physical demands including standing most of the time and light lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform on-site store tasks including vehicle appraisals and errands.
• Leverage partnerships to meet performance standards and participate in community events.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and conduct store audits.
• Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Take on additional duties as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (min 40 hours/week).
