Job summary

TitleMax in North Augusta, SC is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support customers and learn store operations. You will lead a small team, drive sales, and manage daily activities to ensure smooth service delivery.

As an ASM you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, assist with risk management, and participate in the company’s training and promotion programs designed to advance careers. This role emphasizes reliability and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
• Background check required as per law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn/check cashing applications.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and develop new business.
• Oversee account management and collections with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer data in POS and ensure data integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
