Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Anderson, SC. You will support customers with financial services, drive account management, and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy in the POS system, and coach staff to deliver excellent service while advancing within the company’s eleven brands nationwide. This role emphasizes risk management and customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months in supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office, and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, focusing on customer service and minimizing losses.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Perform on-site store tasks and external marketing as needed.
• Maintain security protocols and cash drawer; open/close procedures.
