Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with a personal vehicle.
• Background check required per policy.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications accurately.
• Perform daily outreach to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while protecting customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Occasionally perform off-site duties including store errands and marketing.
• Support in-store events and community outreach to drive referrals.
• Maintain store security, openings/closings, and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor store appearance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Adapt to fast-paced changes and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Perform additional leadership duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with in-person hours, including weekends.
