Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCF) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Greenville, SC location. You will support customers with financial services, drive store performance, and develop leadership capabilities through hands-on experience and risk management.

You will participate in on-the-job training, cross-brand development, and a structured promotion pathway while contributing to a customer-focused, compliant retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service/sales/retail experience.
• 3 months supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent loss and charge-offs.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable.
