CCF Family of Brands invites you to join as an Assistant Store Manager in Walterboro, SC. You’ll lead store operations, drive customer outreach, and manage risk while developing key leadership skills and advancing across our eleven brands nationwide.

The role centers on delivering financial services, maintaining store standards, and coaching the team to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workday use.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn apps, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a full-time, in-person schedule with weekends; typical minimum 40 hours per week.
