Avenue5 Residential in Carson City, NV is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, resident relations, and reporting. You will help manage vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and ensure a positive experience for residents and owners.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in property management, knowledge of the resident rental lifecycle, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent collection, postings, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with leasing, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Support staff training on leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
