Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Carson City, NV. You will support the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, reporting, and resident satisfaction to ensure smooth property management.

The position offers a Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule with hourly pay of $22–$23, plus a comprehensive benefits package that supports physical, financial, and mental wellness, mentoring, development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Oversee supplier contracts and maintenance activities.
• Handle lease administration and monthly reporting.
• Ensure a positive experience for residents, associates, and owners.
• Audit records and files for lease expirations, delinquencies, and UDs.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Assist with staff training on leasing and office operations.
