Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to grow into a General Manager role and influence store leadership across the district and brand.

The AGM will partner with the General Manager to run the store, drive sales, develop talent, and foster a community-focused, high-energy environment. This role emphasizes leadership growth, problem solving, and a mindset of continuous improvement across daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work at least one of: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with ease, enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year.
