Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM), a growth role designed to develop future leaders who think strategically about the store and the district, partnering with the General Manager to run the store and positively impact the team and community.

You will lead by example, drive sales through service and speed, manage admin tasks, and coach the team toward a broader understanding of P&L while upholding Caribou's core values and commitment to equal opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Develops understanding of the business to reach General Manager level within a year.
