Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of GM over a year
• Creates joyful connections with customers and teaches the team to do the same
• Drives sales goals through speed and service
• Leads on problem resolution with calm professionalism and listening to understand
• Develops broader understanding of Profit & Loss and daily admin tasks
