Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Member and Shift Leader responsibilities with enthusiasm.
• Develop business understanding toward GM level within a year.
• Create joyful store experiences and teach the team to do the same.
• Drive sales through speed, service and problem solving.
• Manage cash handling and store funds on shift.
• Handle inventory, orders, and waste control.
• Align daily tasks with overall store success.
