Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Develops understanding of the business toward GM level within a year
• Creates joyful connections with guests and teaches teams to do the same
• Drives sales goals through speed and service
• Leads on problem resolution with calm, professionalism, and listening to understand
• Ties daily tasks to overall business success and profitability
• Manages administrative tasks and cash handling on shift
• Oversees ordering, inventory, waste control, and rotation of stock
