The AGM partners with the General Manager to manage daily store operations and to empower the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the doing of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develops understanding of the business to the level of a GM over a year.
• Creates joy for customers and teaches the team to do the same.
• Leads with speed, problem solving and team motivation to hit sales goals.
• Takes ownership for cash handling, inventory, and waste control.
• Builds connections between daily tasks and overall business success.
