Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to develop future leaders, think strategically about the store and district, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive growth across the brand. This role focuses on leadership development, operational excellence, and delivering day-making experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
