You will manage the full loan lifecycle, apply underwriting practices, and ensure compliance while building strong customer relationships. Compensation includes base pay and performance bonuses, with growth opportunities within a nationally expanding lender.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive volume through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the loan lifecycle with tailored solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching new team members to foster growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools for informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts via outbound calls and outreach to resolve balances.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role requirements to ensure timely service.
