Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager in Dayton, Ohio. The role oversees daily operations, lending, and customer service at a full-service branch, while driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

The position requires leadership, staff development, and the ability to meet branch goals through coaching and accountability. Travel within the community may be required as part of business development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of consumer finance or related industry experience.
• Personnel management and budgeting skills.
• Effective communication, organization and sales skills.
• Proficient with loan software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve branch profitability, loan volume, and service goals.
• Approve loans within lending limits and manage delinquency collections as needed.
• Develop new business and relationships within the community to meet sales targets.
• Set lending authority and oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure high-quality client service and monitor overall client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
