Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments accurately.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets, driving volume and conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through the full loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent loan accounts (1–30 days past due).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
