Job summary

HEICO is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales of electrical hardware products and interconnect solutions in the aviation and defense sectors. The role focuses on growing key accounts, developing new business, and coordinating with contracts, product management, and inside sales teams.

Candidates should have a strong track record in outside sales, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience selling electrical hardware and interconnect products preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationship and market share with assigned customer(s).
• Drive opportunities for blanket, program, and long-term agreements.
• Lead follow up initiatives with the inside sales team.
• Negotiate short and long-term contracts with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver presentations that differentiate products.
