Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in beverage manufacturing or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment, conveyors, doors, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record-keeping for work orders and parts.
• Follow OSHA, safety policies, and company standards; use PPE.
• Perform changeovers and assist in downtime minimization during runs.
• Order parts and maintain inventory; keep the maintenance shop organized.
