Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Maintenance Lead for the 6p-6a shift to ensure production lines run safely and efficiently. You will diagnose issues, manage preventive maintenance, and uphold equipment reliability across the plant.

The role requires substantial hands-on maintenance experience, PLC knowledge, and strong communication to coordinate with operations and safety teams.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with five years in industrial maintenance.
• Associates degree and PLC programming experience preferred.
• Experience in fabrication, electrical work, welding, rigging, and machine shop skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Monitor, report and document the ABB PM program.
• Observe, report and document the OEE program along with work procedures and inventory control.
