Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager to support the US Growth Marketing BD function. You will translate GTM strategy into data-driven BD motions across HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Clay, and LinkedIn Navigator, with end-to-end ownership of workflows, lead routing, and reporting.

You will lead multi-step campaigns, enable the BDR team, and partner across Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, and external partners to drive pipeline and higher quality leads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business development/marketing operations, with GTM focus.
• Proven demand generation mindset and commercial curiosity.
• 2+ years HubSpot experience: contacts, leads, lists, workflows, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ops for US BD function; drive multi-step campaigns.
• Own HubSpot execution for BD workflows and reporting.
• Build and QA HubSpot workflows tied to campaigns and scoring.
• Identify and QA target lists using fit, intent, signals.
• Support data enrichment and signal strategy with HubSpot and partners.
• Translate strategy into scalable BD enablement materials and briefs.
