Scientific Systems Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Growth Operations and BD Manager to bring structure to pipeline, forecast management, and compliance in a hands-on role. You will design processes and execute tasks from dashboards to budget tracking, reporting, and external engagements.

The position partners with the Chief Growth Officer, ensuring accurate, timely pipeline data, and driving forward growth through disciplined operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or BD support in defense/government contracting.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience: building dashboards and reports, not just using them.
• Strong Excel skills; Tableau or Looker experience a plus.
• Experience with U.S. export controls concepts (ITAR/EAR).
• U.S. Person status may be required due to exposure to export-controlled information.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain SFDC dashboards to run weekly forecast meetings.
• Develop materials to present pipeline data to leadership.
• Maintain SFDC data integrity and accountable opportunity details.
• Gather inputs for Growth Report and format it for leadership.
• Track NDA status and export milestones for compliance oversight.
• Coordinate logistics and briefing materials for external meetings.
