Job summary

STONE, a stone design and manufacturing company near Chicago, seeks a Manager to lead every facet of operation. You will cultivate new leads, set up distributors, and drive growth across design, sales and manufacturing while upholding quality and client service.

In this hands-on role you will build a high-performing team, establish distribution partnerships, manage branding, and ensure projects meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and timely decision making.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Understanding of marketing (social media, Google Ads, Email, Mailers).
• Experience reading architectural drawings and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with CRM, QuickBooks, Google Suites; able to learn software.
• Design or construction experience.
• Experience in interior design or manufacturing spaces.
