STONE, a stone design and manufacturing company near Chicago, seeks a Manager to oversee design, sales, and manufacturing operations. You will cultivate new leads, establish distributors, and drive cross-functional growth in a multifaceted manufacturing business.

You’ll lead a team, develop partnerships, and guide branding while coordinating with design and production to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales experience and ability to grow revenue across departments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build relationships with residential and professional customers.
• Experience interpreting architectural drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools.
