STONE is seeking a Production Manager for our cast stone manufacturing operations in Chicago. You will lead and scale production, drive efficiency, and uphold luxury craftsmanship across the floor from mold to finished product.

This role requires hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, construction, or stone production.
• Proven experience scaling production teams and operations.
• Strong understanding of concrete, precast, cast stone, or related materials.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full production cycle from mold to finished product.
• Build and maintain production schedules aligned with sales and delivery timelines.
• Drive efficiency, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Establish and enforce production systems, processes, and accountability.
