Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience in design/manufacturing industries.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams including design, sales and manufacturing.
- Experience generating new leads and developing distributors.
- Experience interpreting architectural drawings and specs.

- Oversee growth metrics across design, sales and manufacturing teams.
- Drive company growth by expanding all departments.
- Generate new leads and manage existing clients; develop distributors.
- Build a collaborative team focused on achieving goals.
