Job summary

OPEN Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Growth Enablement (Central Commercial) for US Remote work. You will lead day-to-day planning and execution of proposals, owning the project plan, timeline, and resources.

You will collaborate with Global Client Partners, Practice Leadership, Legal & Contracts, and Finance, and manage Salesforce-based data to keep all stakeholders aligned. You will drive continuous improvement with AI-enabled operations, ensuring templates and playbooks scale across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• 6 to 8 years of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, deadline-driven projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager (navigator) on assigned proposals, owning end-to-end delivery and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Commercial Optimization, Legal & Contracts, Knowledge Management, and other teams.
• Own Salesforce opportunity records, ensure accurate forecasting data, and flag scope or timing changes.
• Provide insights and debriefs to leadership; track proposal performance and cycle times.
• Improve processes with Growth Operations and implement AI-enabled workflows.
