SCAN Health Insurance, based in the United States, is seeking a Growth Strategy & Ops Manager to design and implement national sales strategies across channels and markets. The role works with senior leaders to plan for AEP and Open Enrollment, building a data-driven sales performance function.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, IT and finance to deliver tailored seasonal plans, KPIs, and dashboards, while driving cross-functional execution and strategic growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in healthcare management consulting or related fields.
• Experience with healthcare payers or Medicare Advantage.
• Ability to drive data-driven decisions in ambiguous contexts.
• Strong collaboration across all levels and departments.
• Proven track record managing multiple large projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with executive leadership to set long-term sales strategies.
• Conduct industry research to support sales strategy creation.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to tailor plans for each sales season.
• Lead and project manage sales workstreams for new markets and product launches.
• Manage the annual AEP War Room for swift pivots and execution.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards with data and finance teams.
