Job summary

OPEN Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Growth Enablement (Growth Navigator) for US Remote. You will lead day-to-day planning and execution of proposals, owning timelines, resourcing, and delivery from kick-off to close.

You will partner with Global Client Partners, Practice Leadership, and operations teams to ensure scope, gates, and timelines are maintained. You’ll work in Salesforce and other systems to keep data accurate while driving continuous improvement and AI-enabled efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• 6 to 8 years of project management experience, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects ideally in healthcare communications, professional services, or related agency setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, deadline-driven projects across several teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposals, managing scope, timeline, and gates to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Practice, Legal, Finance and Editorial.
• Own Salesforce opportunity records and ensure accurate forecasting data.
• Provide in-flight insights, debriefs, and process improvements for proposals.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows to streamline operations.
• Support growth initiatives and account planning with senior stakeholders
