Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
• Basic math skills including percentages are required.

Responsabilités

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provides courteous customer service and adheres to fitting room policies.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a professional appearance.
• Assists with merchandising sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention and reports incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
