Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, is seeking a General Manager to lead and develop people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, and drive sales while controlling costs.

Ideal candidate has 3 years leadership experience, can manage up to 20 team members, and is willing to relocate to support expansion across multiple Dickson, TN locations. Expect to work around 50 hours weekly, including weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work ~50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.
