Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability.
• Must read/speak/write English; SERV Safe Certification required.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team to achieve high performance and optimal operations.
• Drive world-class operations including customer service, clean restaurants, and quality food.
• Manage P&L with a focus on cost control and profitability.
• Make sound decisions and liaise between upper management and staff.
• Conduct ongoing training workshops and provide real-time feedback.
• Reinforce DRG's culture and values, promote inclusivity, and maintain a fun, respectful atmosphere.
