Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a results-driven Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach Assistant and Shift Managers, and drive performance in service, quality and profits.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance reviews, and ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction while managing payroll and labor costs with a hands-on leadership style. Compensation includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe place for staff and customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Own restaurant operations and coordinate payroll with home office.
• Ensure payroll runs smoothly and hours are accurately recorded.
