Job summary

Burger King in Omaha, NE is seeking a driven restaurant supervisor to join our growing franchise. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and consistent service standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage daily operations, monitor performance, and support scheduling, onboarding, and cost controls. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to optimize orders.
• Evaluates cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule; on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
