D1 Training is a rapidly growing fitness brand seeking a Fitness Sales Specialist to drive trial bookings and convert leads into members. You’ll be the first contact for prospective athletes, handling outbound outreach and guiding them into the right training program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside or membership sales).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Strong phone communication and active listening.
• Organized with effective lead management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries.
• Guide prospects through the sales process to membership.
• Recommend training programs based on goals.
• Maintain notes and activity in the CRM.
• Hit daily, weekly, monthly sales targets.
