Qualifications

• 2–5 years customer service experience.
• Professional demeanor, strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Proficiency in writing effective correspondence; Excel experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Process and fulfill customer orders; handle returns.
• Research orders/shipments to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Support outside sales representatives and assist back-end order closing.
• Build customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention and revenue.
