Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our local office and drive growth. You will develop and execute plans to grow client accounts, oversee recruitment processes, and manage branch operations to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will coach a team of recruiters, monitor KPIs, and partner with sales leadership to understand client needs, market trends, and program expectations. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and strategic account management.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and present to groups.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand client base and win back accounts.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and are completed.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client, procurement, operations, and HR.
• Negotiate pay and bill rates; support credit and risk assessments.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff; coach recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost control.
• Monitor KPI metrics, conduct monthly reviews with direct reports.
• Create and execute branch recruitment strategies and digital presence.
