The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Joplin, MO to support customers with financial services, drive daily store operations, and grow leadership skills through hands-on management and cross-brand opportunities.

You will manage accounts, engage in customer outreach, assess risk, and ensure compliance while benefiting from comprehensive training and a clear path to career progression within the brand family.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes and maintain customer service focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform on-site store tasks including marketing and events as needed.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and referrals.
• Maintain security procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; conduct store audits and reports.
• Keep store appearance clean and address facility needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fulfill duties as directed by leadership; maintain 40-hour weekly schedule.
