Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Independence, MO. You will support customers through financial services, lead a team, and help drive sales and risk management in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll oversee daily operations, coach staff, manage in-store processes, and ensure compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships and store performance. This role requires a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
