Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help customers with financial services while gaining hands-on leadership experience. The role emphasizes team supervision, customer outreach, and risk management in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is full-time, in-person, with weekends required, at an hourly wage of $16.50. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth across eleven brands

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes and collections.
• Maintain customer data in the POS system with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Perform on-site duties including vehicle appraisals and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain store security and open/close procedures.
• Support audits, reports and financial data.
