Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Macon, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, assist customers with financial services, and develop leadership skills through hands-on practice.

This full-time role emphasizes performance-driven growth, with opportunities to advance across the brand network and participate in key holder training, despite the fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information accurately in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
